AGREEMENT
  1. Review the "Early Bird" Discounts below to determine the price of each 10' x 10' Exhibitor display space during the year and month of your purchase.
  2. Review the FLOOR PLAN and select 10' x 10' Exhibitor display spaces (Gray) by number until they measure the total size of your display. Display spaces shaded RED are sold and are not available.
  3. Click the Agreement button below. Read the Exhibitor Agreement carefully and have it signed by an authorized representative of your organization.
  4. Submit your signed Exhibitor Agreement, and total payment, as instructed in the agreement.
  5. We will email to you a counter-signed copy of your Exhibitor Agreement, and a purchase receipt, confirming your participation at the show.

MANAGEMENT
  1. As an Exhibitor of the show, you must submit several management documents.

Important information regarding the proper management of your Exhibitor space at the show.
Exhibitors will receive four retail counter displays that measure 2-3/4" x 2-3/4" x 5-1/2". Each display includes 150 pocket brochures. Submit this form to reorder retail counter displays. The deadline is Friday, March 11, 2022.
Exhibitor spaces include the rental of one 8' folding table, two folding chairs and one 110/120 volt electrical outlet. Submit this form to rent additional tables, chairs and electrical outlets. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
Exhibitors have the option to upgrade their space with attractive rental furnishings from Art Craft Display including carpeting, tables, chairs, lighting, signage, etc. Click the UPGRADES button to review their space rental options and associated costs. The Online Event Code is (TBD), then click Get Exhibitor Kit.
Exhibitors must order a complimentary Exhibitor Credential for each person managing their space at the show. IMPORTANT: Exhibitors are not allowed to enter the exhibit hall without an official Exhibitor Credential and a Picture ID, no exceptions. Submit this form to order Exhibitor Work and Exhibitor Show Credentials. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
Exhibitors may distribute promotional materials inside customer shopping bags free of charge. Exhibitors may also donate high-value products ($50+) as customer door prizes. Submit this form to donate products to either program. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
When Exhibitors arrive at the exhibit hall to setup their space for the show (Friday, April 8, 2022, 8 – 10 am), a "Key Contact" must report to the check-in desk to pick up an Exhibitor Work Kit. Enclosed will be Exhibitor Work Credentials and tickets to the Welcoming Reception.
When Exhibitors arrive at the show (Saturday, April 9, 2022, 8 – 10 am), a "Key Contact" must report to the check-in desk to pick up an Exhibitor Show Kit. Enclosed will be Exhibitor Show Credentials.
Exhibitors who generate sales revenue at the show must collect and pay a 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan. Submit this form (Concessionaires Sales Tax Return) along with your income tax payment to the State of Michigan.
