REGISTRATONS

AGREEMENT
  1. Take a high-quality, color photo of each custom bike entered into the show.
  2. If you are entering the Audio Competition, click the RULES & REGS button and read the rules and regulations carefully.
  3. Click the AGREEMENT button and read the Custom Bike/Audio Show Agreement carefully.
  4. Review the FLOOR PLAN and select a classification for each custom bike entered into the show. Custom bike display space numbers will be assigned by show judges.
  5. Complete the agreement and have it signed by the owner, or an authorized representative, of the custom bikes entered into the show.
  6. Submit your signed agreement, and a color photo of each custom bike entered into the show, as instructed in the agreement.
  7. We will email to you a counter-signed copy of your signed agreement confirming your custom bike display spaces at the show.

MANAGEMENT
  1. As a Biker of the show, you must submit several management documents.
  2. Click each button and read the corresponding management document carefully.
  3. Complete the relevant documents and submit them as instructed in the documents.

Important information regarding the proper management of your dealer booth at the show.
Bikers must order a complimentary custom bike sign for each custom bike entered into the show. The sign will feature detailed specifications of the custom bike on display. Submit this form to order up to nine custom bike signs. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
Bikers must order a complimentary Biker Credential for each person managing their booth(s) at the show. IMPORTANT: Bikers are not allowed to enter the exhibit hall without an official Biker Credential and a Picture ID, no exceptions. Submit this form to order Biker Work and Biker Show Credentials. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
Bikers may distribute promotional materials inside customer shopping bags free of charge. Bikers may also donate high-value ($50+) products as customer door prizes. Submit this form to donate products to either program. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
When Bikers arrive at the exhibit hall to setup their booth(s) for the show (Friday, April 8, 2022, 8 – 10 am), a "Key Contact" must report to the check-in desk to pick up a Biker Work Kit. Enclosed will be Biker Work Credentials and tickets to the Welcoming Reception.
When Bikers arrive at the show a "Key Contact" must report to the box office to pick up a Biker Show Kit. Enclosed will be Biker Show Credentials.
Bikers who generate sales revenue at the show must collect and pay a 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan. Submit this form (Concessionaires Sales Tax Return) along with your income tax payment to the State of Michigan.

PROMOTIONS
  1. BIKER SELL SHEET: Download the file below and email it to owners of high-quality custom bikes who may want to become Bikers of the show.
  2. SHOW POSTER: Printed posters will be mailed to each Biker. Display the posters on the entrance doors and walls of your shop. Download the file below, email it to your family and friends and post it on your social media pages.
