AGREEMENTS
  1. Review the "Early Bird" Discounts below to determine the price of a Chrome or Leather partnership during the year and month of your purchase.
  2. Click the AGREEMENT button below your chosen partnership. Read the Partner Agreement carefully.
  3. Review the FLOOR PLAN and select Partner display spaces (White) by number until they measure the size of the space that is included with your partnership: Chrome (20' x 20') or Leather (10' x 20"). Spaces shaded RED are sold and are not available.
  4. Complete the Partner Agreement and have it signed by an authorized representative of your organization.
  5. Submit your signed Partner Agreement and total payment.
  6. We will email to you a counter signed copy of your Partner Agreement, and a purchase receipt, confirming your participation at the show.

MANAGEMENT
  1. As Partner of the show, you must submit several management forms.

Important information regarding the proper management of your Partner display space at the show.
Partners will receive six retail counter displays that measure 2-3/4" x 5" x 2-3/4". Each display includes 150 pocket brochures. Submit this form to reorder retail counter displays. The deadline is Friday, March 11, 2022.
Each partnership includes the rental of one 8’ folding table, two folding chairs and one 110/120 volt electrical outlet. Submit this form to rent additional tables, chairs and electrical outlets. The deadline is Friday, March 11, 2022.
Partners have the option to upgrade their display space with attractive rental furnishings from Art Craft Display including carpet. tables, chairs lighting signage, etc. Click UPGRADES to review their rental options and associated costs. The Online Event Code is (TBD) then click Get Exhibitor Kit.
Partners must order a complimentary Partner Credential for each person managing their display at the show. IMPORTANT: Partners are not allowed to enter the exhibit hall without an official Partner Credential and a Photo ID, no exceptions. Submit this form to order Partner Work and Show Credentials. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
Partners may distribute promotional materials inside customer shopping bags free of charge. Partners may also donate gifts ($50+) as customer door prizes. Submit this form to donate products to either program. The deadline is Friday, March 25, 2022.
When Partners arrive at the exhibit hall to set their display for the show (Friday, April 8, 2022, 8 - 10 am), a "Key Contact" must report to the check-in desk to pick up a Partner Work Kit. Enclosed will be Partner Work Credentials and tickets to the Welcoming Reception.

Partners who generate sales revenue at the show must collect and pay a 6% sales tax to the State of Michigan. Submit this form (Concessionaires Sales Tax Return) when submitting your tax return to the State of Michigan.
